How driver messages work
What you can tell other drivers
Anything Refuelia tracks. Your message goes into the driver messages feed. You can read it on this page and in the chat panel on the map.
- Fuel and price
- Petrol, diesel, LPG, CNG: the price on the sign, a grade that has run out, pumps that are not working.
- EV charging
- Whether the charger worked, which connector, what speed, and if the bay was blocked or payment failed.
- Queues
- No queue, a couple of cars, twenty minutes. Only drivers know this.
- Open, closed, gone
- Closed for works, open at other hours than posted, or gone for good.
- Repair, tyres, wash
- A garage that took you in without an appointment, a tyre shop open on Sunday, a jet wash that works.
- Parking and the road
- Truck parking with space left, a road closure or a detour.

Orlen on Mickiewicza, 8:15 today: diesel 6.29, petrol 95 at 5.89, same as the pumps.
A named station, a time, both grades. -
Ran out
BP on the ring road, just now: no diesel, tanker due tonight. Petrol fine.

EV
Ionity Konin, 14:30: CCS charged at about 150 kW, card worked first time, two of four bays free.
Connector, real speed, payment and free bays. EV drivers check these before they go.
What to post, and what not to
Post this
- What you saw yourself, at a place you stopped at.
- Where and when, as exactly as you can.
- The fact: the price, the queue, whether it worked.
Not here
- Guesses and hearsay. If you did not see it, do not post it.
- Insults and arguments. Stick to the facts.
- Adverts, promo codes, links to shops.
- Phone numbers, emails, number plates, yours or anyone else's.
Checks run automatically when you press send. No person approves a message first. A message that clearly breaks the rules is refused at once, with a note saying why. You can edit it and send again. An unusual message is published and flagged for a later look. The full rules are in the Community Guidelines.
